What the testimonials are
Testimonials shown on this site are illustrative examples. They are not a statistically representative sample of all customers, and they should not be read as an average or typical experience.
No aggregate rating
We do not claim an aggregate or average rating on this site. We will not publish an aggregate rating until we have a reproducible, verifiable dataset with a clear provenance record. Until then, any rating-style figures on this site have been removed.
Provenance and consent
Testimonials are used with the permission of the person who provided them. We keep a record of where each testimonial came from.
Moderation
Testimonials are reviewed for authenticity before they are published.
Incentive disclosure
If an incentive is ever offered in exchange for a testimonial, that incentive is disclosed at the time it occurs.
